HOW TO BLOCK TEXT NECK.
We're all guilty of bad posture while using modern technology these days, and we're paying the price by getting an achy neck, upper back, or shoulders. ⠀
If it's done repeatedly, there might even be a noticeable change that's causing unsightly forward head posture. ⠀
What happens with constant leaning forward while using modern tech, is that we're contracting (or tightening) muscles and building tension. This tightness leads to everything being pulled forward in a fixed position. Also, it leads to issues like decreased flexibility and pain.⠀⠀
So lets stop the unsightly effects of text neck with a simple exercise that's going to focus on the sternocleidomastoid muscle, or the SCM. ⠀
