We're all guilty of bad posture while using modern technology these days, and we're paying the price by getting an achy neck, upper back, or shoulders. 💥

If it's done repeatedly, there might even be a noticeable change that's causing unsightly forward head posture. ➡️↘️

What happens with constant leaning forward while using modern tech, is that we're contracting (or tightening) muscles and building tension. This tightness leads to everything being pulled forward in a fixed position. Also, it leads to issues like decreased flexibility and pain.⠀⠀
