HERE'S A QUICK WAY TO GET SCIATIC NERVE RELIEF 😌⠀
.â €
âš¡The sciatic nerve is the most common nerve issue I see in my office. It's a major cause of sharp, shooting pains in the lower back, butt, legs, and feet.â €
.â €
Sciatic nerve glides are a super easy way to help relive tension to this nerve. This particular one can be done at home, since all that's needed is a furniture mover. If one isn't available, substitute it with a smooth bottom plate (or even a paper plate). â €
.â €
Do this back and forth glide for about 60 to 90 seconds. It can also loosen up tight hamstrings and calves (an added plus!).â €
.â €
âš Please note that this SHOULD NOT make pain worse. It should not be excruciating or reproduce numbness or tingling. Simply put, do not go further than the body is able to go. Some people won't be able to extend the knee all the way at first, so work into it slowly. â €
.â €
If the sciatic nerve pain is debilitating, it's always best to get a professional opinion. CALL US ANYTIME ☎... we're experienced at treating sciatica and low back pain.⠀
