HOW TO FIX NECK TIGHTNESS.
Neck pain is something that will sneak out and attack at one point or another . It's usually caused from daily stress and tension, forward-leaning posture, and strained (overused) muscles. ⠀
Once it starts to interfere with daily activities, it can make everything a chore. So here is a neck pain exercise that will help reduce nagging pain and tension and help the day go by smoothly. ⠀
This exercise focuses on relieving muscle knots and spasms in the neck and upper shoulders. All it takes is about 60 seconds to perform, and it makes a world of difference on helping tight muscles relax. This should help knock out those spasms leading to less pain and more neck mobility.⠀
