Lower Back Stretch

AN AWESOME LOW BACK & SIDE STRETCH.⠀
This is definitely one of my favorite stretches to help open up the low back. It's really easy to do and it targets a ton of spots... the lumbar muscles, quadratus lumborum, obliques, and even the lats. ⠀
Start off with holding this stretch for 15 to 30 seconds, relax, and then repeat up to 5 times per side. This stretch can be held for longer too, up to a couple minutes (if needed). ⠀
HERE'S HOW TO DO IT:⠀
Sit on the floor, legs crossed.⠀
Sit up straight with good posture. ⠀
Bend one arm to the side.⠀
Raise the other arm overhead.⠀
Bend to the side, placing the forearm flat, and reach over with the other arm.⠀
