HERE'S HOW TO HELP GOLFER'S OR TENNIS ELBOW. β›³β €

As spring finally arrives, golf and tennis come back into play. 🎾 After the long winter hibernation, the elbows may be unprepared for the increased stress from getting back into the game. Irritation of the tendons is common, and it leads to what is known as 'golfer's' or 'tennis' elbow. The medical term is medial epicondylitis.

It's usually experienced as pain on the inside of the elbow, during activities that involves gripping something, twisting the forearm, or lifting. It’s also common to see some tenderness and grip strength might not feel as strong as usual.β €

So to help lessen and prevent future issues, here's a good exercise that will help stretch and strengthen the soft tissue around the elbow, and the muscles in the forearm. πŸ’ͺβ €
