HOW TO FIX MID BACK TIGHTNESS.⠀

So here's a good stretch that's going to target the rhomboids and trapezius muscles in the mid to upper back. It's called the standing mid back reach.⠀

The mid to upper back back muscles get tight and achy after a lot of forward-leaning posture. It's really helpful to tackle issues caused from sitting at the computer or desk all day long, using cell phones, or from just being hunched over. ⠀
