DESK STRETCH TIME. 👈

Here's how to improve the workday:⠀
1️⃣ Place both elbows on the desk.⠀
2️⃣ Slide the chair back until the eyes are level with the edge of the desk.⠀
3️⃣ Place the hands on the base of the neck.⠀
4️⃣ Try and sink the chest to the floor.⠀
5️⃣ Lift one elbow off the desk, then repeat on the other side.⠀

Try for 10 reps on each side, holding for a couple seconds each. It shouldn't take very long, and can make a world of difference 🌎 on having less stiffness and soreness throughout the day. ⠀
