One of the biggest causes of sciatic nerve pain is from weak muscles. 👉 If the core, back, and leg muscles are weak, the spine may be unable to offer the support needed to make it though daily activities and work. Why it's one of my personal favorites is it also helps work on improving balance.  ⚖ The bird dog exercise engages muscles in the core and back simultaneously, helping them to work together and improve movement in the spine. ⠀
