FIX MID-BACK PAIN. 👈

This stretch is going to be good for releasing mid-back tension after sitting at the desk or computer for a long time. ⌨️🖥️

Sitting usually results forward-leaning posture, called FLEXION. ↘️ If this position is kept for too long, it causes irritation to the muscles and joints. Tightness then creeps in, next is a loss of flexibility, and finally achy pain rears its ugly head. ⠀

So let's focus on combating this by moving the other way, backwards into EXTENSION. ↖️

The cool part about this stretch is that it can be done at a desk or table. The way it's shown is with a rolling chair to help get a deep stretch. However, a chair without wheels can be used, just keep scooting back until the desired stretch is felt. ⠀
.⠀
By doing this, it will help improve posture in the mid-back 🔄, by lessening muscle tightness and reversing the effects of prolonged flexion. Oh, and that usually helps get rid of achy pain too!⠀

Give it a try and get the mid-back in top shape. Hit me up with any comments or questions 💬, and please spread the good word!
