A CHALLENGING WAY TO IMPROVE THE LEGS AND BUTT. 🍑

Stability ball squats 🔵 are an effective exercise that helps strengthen weak muscles in the legs and back. Also, they do a great job of helping to increase flexibility. Win-win, right??⠀

➡ Squats target the quadriceps (quads) muscle, one of the largest in the body, and focuses on improving endurance and power in the legs. It works all the muscles the body uses to extend the legs and flex the thighs. In addition, it helps tone and shape the glutes (buttocks).⠀

By doing this exercise, it will help with movements like getting out of a chair and climbing stairs. Also, it helps lessen the effects of muscle fatigue in the legs and back, so activities like walking and running may become easier to do (and have less pain while doing it). 🏃
