Quick Neck Stretches

Cervical Rotation
Turn to look over your left shoulder; hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 3-5 times. Add gentle hand pressure at the chin as tolerated for more stretch.

Side-Bending
Bend your ear toward your left shoulder while looking straight ahead; hold for 10-15 seconds. Then alternate to the right side. Repeat 3-5 times. Add gentle hand pressure at the top of the head (or forehead) as tolerated for more stretch.

Flexion and Extension
 Bring your chin toward your chest; hold for 10-15 seconds. Return to an upright position, then bring your head back; hold again for 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times. You may hold the back of your neck with your hands if you need more support.
