START THE MORNING RIGHT WITHOUT A STIFF, ACHY BACK. 🌞

It's common to notice a lot more stiffness and pain in the lower back first thing getting out of bed, since being in the same position for hours at a time may cause the spinal joints and muscles to tighten up. ⠀

That's why it's really important to focus on increasing flexibility first thing in the morning, and these 3 stretches are going help. The nice thing is, they all can be done in bed. 🛏

We're going to hit the major muscles that cause lower back pain:⠀
🔹KNEE TO THE CHEST: glutes (buttocks) & hamstrings⠀
🔹ROTATION STRETCH: torso and lower back muscles⠀
🔹PRESS UP: low back, core, and hip flexor muscles⠀
